15km walk against child obesity
Project Objectives & Intended Outcome
Walking 10 000 steps a day, playing in the playground, human interaction, playing in the park all improve on children health significantly.
A walk around the most resourceful Botanical Garden in Ontario where kids will learn to identify various plants and flowers that make nature such a wonderful beauty to behold.
Our kids and us shall have the chance to enjoy nature while reassuring our health and learning the importance of walking and nature to our health.
We can begin the fight to keep our kids away from too many hours of video games and avoid child weight gains as we improve on their general health.
